BikkarLLC was founded to close a gap we saw across the healthcare staffing industry: facilities needed staff fast, but speed too often came at the expense of proper credentialing and fit. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, we built our process around solving both problems at once — responding quickly to a facility’s staffing need while still holding every candidate to the licensure, certification, and background standards that government and commercial healthcare employers require. We work with government healthcare facilities, including VA medical centers, military treatment facilities, and state and county health agencies, as well as commercial hospitals, health systems, clinics, and long-term care providers across Virginia and the wider Mid-Atlantic region. Each of these settings comes with its own regulatory expectations and pace of hiring, and part of our value is understanding those differences well enough that our clients don’t have to explain them to us.
